Overview
We are seeking a Salon & Spa Attendant to join our team and play an essential role in keeping our salon operating at the highest level. This is a hands-on, behind-the-scenes position for someone who takes pride in creating a beautiful, clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both our guests and our team.
As a Salon & Spa Attendant, you will be an important support person for the entire salon. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include laundry, dishes, cleaning and organizing back-of-house areas, restocking supplies, maintaining treatment and service areas, and helping wherever needed to keep the team running smoothly.
This is a fast-paced, active position where no two days are exactly alike. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys staying busy, can confidently juggle multiple tasks, notices what needs to be done without always being asked, and is excited to learn new responsibilities as they become part of the team.
What You'll Do
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the salon and spa, with a primary focus on back-of-house areas.
- Manage daily laundry, including washing, drying, folding, organizing, and maintaining an adequate supply of clean linens and towels.
- Keep dishes, kitchen, break room, and staff areas clean, organized, and ready for use.
- Clean and maintain treatment rooms, service areas, restrooms, staff spaces, and other areas throughout the salon.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform other routine floor and surface care as needed.
- Clean and sanitize tools, equipment, and surfaces according to salon standards and health and safety requirements.
- Restock linens, supplies, amenities, and other essentials throughout the salon so the team has what they need to provide an exceptional guest experience.
- Keep storage areas organized and ensure supplies are maintained and easy for the team to access.
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily reset tasks as needed.
- Pay attention to the details that make a space feel polished, comfortable, and cared for.
- Support stylists, estheticians, and other team members with day-to-day needs.
- Learn additional salon responsibilities and assist in other areas as you become familiar with our operations.
- Communicate maintenance concerns, supply shortages, or other issues to management.
- Jump in wherever needed to help the salon team have a successful day.

Experience
Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, laundry, cleaning, hotel operations, salons, spas, or a similar environment is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
