What is PRT? LA Fitness has partnered with World Renown Strength and Conditioning Coach, Mike Boyle, to create a new private group training service. Pro Results Team Training or "PRT Training" is our new Personal Training Program we are launching in select locations nationwide that is committed to quality programming and adaptive coaching in state-of-the-art training facilities, while still maintaining a sense of community.

Our Goal is to provide our clients and coaches with something much bigger than simply a well-balanced workout! We will also be including other services in these clubs that will work in unison with personal training. Such as an In-Body scanner which is a top of line body composition analysis machine for client monthly reviews. All of this together is a game changer to our industry.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Provide private and semi-private instruction, guidance, and techniques to members within their exercise abilities and in order to enable safe and effective exercise experiences in accordance with the PRT programming.
• Develop positive relationships with members and encourage active participation and program growth.
• Attend scheduled department meetings and required staff training throughout the year.
• Seek continuing education experiences to gain knowledge, improve skills, and maintain required certifications.
• SMILE and provide a positive environment for all members, staff, and guests.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

· Nationally accredited Personal Trainer certification required or Associate or bachelor's degree with a concentration in exercise physiology, kinesiology, or health and fitness related preferred and can be used in place of Personal Trainer certification

· Additionally, each coach would need to be pass Mike Boyles certification process so we can run his systems to perfection.

GREAT SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday with some possible Saturdays!

PAY RANGE: $ 25.50-$90/HR

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.50 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
