```Overview```

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Your responsibilities will include answering phone inquiries, addressing client questions, and providing comprehensive information about our range of services and products. As a key player in client interactions, you will be responsible for booking appointments efficiently and accurately, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of services, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of our suite.

```Duties```

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

· Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

· Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

· Be on time for shift and maintain a consistent, regular attendance record.

· Properly open and close spa each day according to Standard Operating Procedures.

· Accurately book, change and cancel appointments.

· Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves the facility.

· Ensure that all spaces are clean and stocked for flow of in-coming and out-going clients.

· Ensure that the check-in and payment process is handled in accordance with company policy by processing cash, credit card and credit transactions accurately, thus protecting the company’s assets.

· Provide detailed descriptions of Zivel treatments, packages, services, facility features and hours of operation.

· Utilize computers with skill and proficiency; document client information in electronic record as directed.

· Maintain a Zivel Cash Drawer.

· Answer the phone promptly and use the client’s name throughout the phone conversation; operate the phone system accurately and efficiently.

· Actively promote Zivel and its treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.

· Handle clients’ questions and concerns promptly, professionally and courteously.

· Maintain complete confidentiality in all client matters in accordance with company policy;

· Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by clients, ensuring complete client satisfaction.

· Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for Zivel.

· Regularly attend, participate in remote sales and marketing events.

· Assist in all areas of operation as requested by management.

· Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or clients in the location that require attention.

Proven experience in outside sales or a related field

· Sales experience

· Exceptional customer service skills

· Must pass all Certification requirements as required by Zivel and modality manufacturers, on an ongoing basis as needed.

· Must be self-driven, detail-oriented and have the ability to multitask.

· Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.

· Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Compensation package:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
