Hummingbird Healthcare is Hiring an Epic Credentialed Trainer Near Riverside, CA

In this role, you'll:

  • Delivering dynamic training programs to unleash the power of Epic applications for our clinical and non-clinical teams.
  • Collaborate closely with your Principal Trainer to craft initiatives that directly enhance patient care quality.
  • Work directly with physicians, other clinicians, and healthcare operational teams to help them navigate the technology they use to care for patients.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge and experience with healthcare information systems, preferably Epic.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in adult learning strategies.
  • Comfortable with various technologies.

Additional Details:

  • Based within a 45-mile radius of Riverside, CA? Perfect! Get ready to train onsite regularly.
  • Bring at least 1 year of experience as an Epic Super User, Epic Credentialed Trainer, or in other systems training roles.

Employment Eligibility: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and be able to travel to all client worksites.

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Compensation: $68,000 to $78,000 per year, based on experience.

Work Location: Riverside, CA or surrounding area with the option to work remotely (in alignment with the training and support schedule) from any location within the United Stated with consistent internet service.

Travel: At least 2 – 4 times per year as needed for Hummingbird company gatherings or team events.
