What you will do:

• Understand our Guest-Obsessed culture and do whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
• Cleaning dishes, stacking plates and running plates back to the cooks line.
• Maintaining a clean work space.
• Participating on some prep work with raw ingredients and the ability to follow strict recipes.
• Usingproper portioningtechniques.
• Cleanstation floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces to ensure station is clean and sanitized at all times.
• Other cleaning projects that may need to get done.

What we need from you:

• Ability to understand and follow direction from others.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
• Skill and coordination in using kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Ability to be part of a team.
