**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced dental Assistant(s) to join our team. The ideal candidate(s)will assist the dentist in providing quality dental care and help improve patients' oral health. This position can be full time, T-F, or we can flex and have two, part-time assistants for M-W, or W-F

**Responsibilities:**

- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations

- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment

- Assist dentists during dental procedures

- Assist hygienists with perio probing and/or instrument processing when not assisting dentist.

- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices

- Maintain accurate patient records

**Skills:**

- Proficient in infection control procedures

- Ability to perform patient assessments

- Knowledge of dental terminology and Dentrix charting

- Proficient with Dentrix software

- Familiarity with implant restoration process, including use of scanner

- Competent in Dexius dental imaging techniques

- Understanding of dental coding principles

- Proficient with fabrication of provisional temporary restorations.
