**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Dentist to join our privately owned general dentistry practice. The ideal candidate will provide quality dental care to our patients and contribute to the overall success of our practice, with a guided pathway to successor ownership and higher earnings.
**Duties:**
- Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Administer anesthetics for dental procedures
- Perform exceptional restorative dentistry, Gemini Laser, minor extractions, some endo
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care practices
- Interpret diagnostic tests such as Panoramic Radiographs, FMXR and/or intra oral photos
- Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software
- Adhere to infection control protocols and HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff members
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in Dentrix, Dexis or similar dental practice management software
- Experience with imaging techniques for diagnosing oral conditions
- Strong patient assessment skills and ability to develop treatment plans
- In-depth knowledge of dental anatomy, medical terminology, and oral health principles
- Familiarity with infection control procedures in a dental setting
- Competence in oral surgery procedures and techniques
- Knowledge of digital scanner technology for dental restorations
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations governing patient privacy
- Ability to manage a busy dental office efficiently
