The Quality Control Inspector maintains quality standards by performing hourly checks on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Perform hourly checks on the production floor including measuring fill weight, fill level, pressed pans fitting test.
• Perform drop test on powder pressed pans to ensure the pressing parameters are correct
• Approve lines start by conducting measurement and visual testing to confirm the specifications
• Ensure hourly check documents are filled out correctly and completely
• Document inspection results by completing reports and logs; inputting data into quality database.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum high school diploma required.
• Must be technical and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office products required
• Data entry and math skills essential.
• Candidate must be self-motivated
• Communicates effectively and concisely, both in writing and verbally
• Highly organized and able to multi-task
