Impex Auto Sales is the largest independent pre-owned car dealer in central NC, headquartered in Greensboro, and serving customers across the nation.

We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to lead a sales team to create an exceptional experience for customers. You are responsible for driving a high-level performance among the sales team to increase market share and achieve targeted unit sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Setting clear objectives and goals for the sales time to achieve their targeted performance in new and used vehicle sales and gross profit
• Engaging and motivating the team to achieve key goals, performance expectations, and Marina del Rey Toyota’s best practices
• Driving the business through a high-level of involvement in day-to-day operations
• Managing the negotiation process with Sales Associates ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing
• Appraising vehicles for trade.

• Proven success in auto retail sales
• Proven leadership ability to mentor and train others
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
• Ability to drive and motivate sales team
• Ability to achieve an exceptional customer sales experience
• Possess a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
