Summary:
The Business Development Center Representative (BDCR) is responsible for generating new sales opportunities for Impex of Reidsville. This position will involve email marketing, and social media outreach to potential customers. The ideal candidate will have a baseline understanding of sales in the automotive industry and be able to effectively communicate the company's value proposition to potential customers.
Responsibilities:
· Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
· Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries
·Consistently meet reasonable sales goals
· Develop relationships with potential and existing customers while building rapport
· Present the company's value proposition and answer customer questions
· Provide customers with initial product information
·Follow up with car sales leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
Minimum Qualifications:
· At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or a related field
·Baseline understanding of the automotive industry and sales experience
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
·1 year experience in internet sales
