In this role, you will serve as the welcoming presence addressing our customers inquiries, empathizing with their concerns, and providing insightful solutions. As the representative of our company, you will communicate information about our offerings, resolve billing queries, schedule services, and manage financial transactions. We are seeking individuals with exceptional communication abilities; you will be interacting directly with customers, our dispatch team, and technicians.

Office Duties:

-Staff and Customer Support
-Answer phone calls
-Schedule appointments
-Assign appointments to technicians
-Help keep office space clean and organized

Skills:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to lift heavy objects in excess of 15-30 pounds
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using computer systems for order entry and data entry
- Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Previous experience in a warehouse or office environment is a plus
