Duties: complete weatherization work for homes in the local community. This includes but is not limited to:

-Install insulation and perform air sealing services
- Assist with the build and installation of various construction projects
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete construction tasks
- Install and repair drywall, including taping, mudding, and sanding
- Install glass in windows, doors, and other structures
- Hang doors and ensure proper alignment and functionality
- Install cabinets and other fixtures according to specifications

```Requirements:```

-Driver's license with decent driving record
- Previous experience in construction or a related field
- Familiarity with a variety of hand tools and power tools used in construction
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time
- Knowledge of drywall installation and finishing techniques
- Experience in glass installation for windows, doors, etc.
- Ability to hang doors accurately and efficiently
