Job details Spherion Staffing is hiring a maintenance technician for a concrete material and product supplier in Punta Gorda, FL.
This is a temp-to-hire position. They are looking for hardworking, dependable, team oriented, production employees. There are 1st and 2nd shifts available!
Benefits :Responsibilities :
- Installs, repairs, and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance.
- Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures.
- Upkeep of forklifts and front loaders
- Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.
Working hours : 6 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM
Skills :
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Ability to operate and control equipment.
- Construction and / or mechanical experience
Education : High School

Experience : 1-4 years

Qualifications :
- 5 years of verifiable industrial maintenance experience.
- Candidates need proven troubleshooting skills in 3 phase
- Experience with control wiring, PLC?s, pneumatics, screw / belt conveyors and will be capable of welding & fabrication.
