WHAT YOU’LL DO: As a Pool Repair Technician, you'll be the hero of pool maintenance, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the ongoing maintenance of our expanding customer base. From troubleshooting and repairing to servicing all components within pool and spa equipment areas, your expertise will be key in keeping pools sparkling and functional. Don't worry if you don't have prior pool experience—we provide comprehensive training and continuing education!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing pool equipment problems with precision and efficiency, and performing necessary repairs or replacements
• Applying advanced knowledge in water chemistry and addressing pool finish issues to maintain optimal pool conditions
• Servicing and repairing Automation Systems, Pumps, Filters, Underwater Lighting, and Heating Systems
• Troubleshooting and repairing components from top brands like Jandy, Pentair, and Hayward
• Embracing any other job-related duties with enthusiasm and skill

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Are you someone who enjoys meeting new people and thrives in an outdoor work environment? Our team of Pool Repair Technicians travels within designated areas, visiting various commercial and residential locations while enjoying the independence of the job.

We're seeking candidates with:

• A valid driver's license and insurable status
• Ability to pass a background check with ease
• An outgoing, positive-minded, and confident personality
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• No prior experience necessary—we're looking for candidates with a willingness to learn and grow with us!

Nice-to-haves, but not required:

• Experience in leak diagnosis and repair
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and installing various pool equipment and systems
• Knowledge and experience in using voltmeters/multimeters and advanced water chemistry analysis
• Skills in skimmer replacement/installation

Even better if you have:

• Advanced trade skills/experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Gas systems, underwater swimming/scuba, CDL, or network troubleshooting

You'll also need to:

• Lift, move, and maneuver heavy objects
• Frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Stand, walk, climb, or balance
• Occasionally sit and work in tight spaces
