We are looking to immediately hire an experienced and self-motivated Pickleball Professional to join our team and contribute to our services in the Babcock Ranch Community in Babcock Ranch, FL.

Job Description: As a Pickleball Professional with PlayMyHOA, you will take the lead in conducting group classes and individual lessons for players of diverse ages and skill levels. This role is ideally suited for individuals who possess a deep passion for pickleball, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to inspire and guide players in improving their game.

Responsibilities:

• Lead both group and individual coaching sessions in pickleball.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to pickleball players at varying levels of skill.
• Provide positive reinforcement and constructive feedback to enhance player performance.
• Manage equipment and facilities to ensure their proper maintenance and usage.
• Foster a safe, positive, and productive environment for all participants.
• Engage actively within the community to promote the growth and popularity of pickleball.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a pickleball instructor or professional.
• Comprehensive understanding of pickleball rules, strategies, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage with players of different skill levels.
• Flexible work schedule, including availability for weekend sessions.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate for group classes.
• 70/30 split in favor of the instructor after any costs, for private lessons.
