Hypercraft is Hiring an Inventory Specialist Near Provo, UT
- Ensure inventory accuracy, by cycle counts and performing proper inventory transactions.
- Set and maintain accurate item data in ERP system.
- Manage inventory to target levels while systematically optimizing inventory investment and service levels.
- Manage inventory area to high performance standards of quality and organization.
- Picking and Kitting parts for employees and production line.
- Receive incoming parts in accordance with specified process.
- Travels to supplier locations as needed to deliver or pick up parts and supplies.
- Put parts away received parts and supplies in designated area.
- Notify suppliers, customers, and colleagues of when ordered parts and supplies arrive.
- Ship parts as needed to meet suppliers, customers, and colleagues needs.
- Keep information accessible by utilizing Google Drive for filing documents.
- Communicate effectively and deal fairly and equitably with group members and peers.
- Coordinate with project managers to meet project requirements.
- Represent the company at all times with professional and ethical conduct when interacting with all contacts, including suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
- Participate in Inventory performance metrics and related meetings.
- Work cross functionally with other departments in order to meet business needs.
- 3-5 years inventory experience
- Experience with using an integrated ERP system. NetSuite experience is a plus.
- CPIM/CSCP/CLDT or equivalent certification is a plus. If not certified, willingness to earn a professional certification, funded by Hypercraft, is a must.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings with help.
- Demonstrated organization and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail and follow through.
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work within deadlines.
- A willingness to be flexible and help in whatever capacity is needed.
