A health services network in Rhode Island is currently seeking an experienced Marketing professional to join their staff as in Providence as their new Director of Marketing.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: 3 days on-site, flexible choice of days
- Setting: Health-care / Nonprofit
Responsibilities: The Director, Donor Marketing will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of marketing professionals to drive donor engagement and acquisition
- Translating enterprise donor engagement directives into actionable plans at the divisional level
- Collaborating with enterprise and divisional teams to implement targeted marketing campaigns
- Evaluating campaign performance and proposing necessary adjustments
- Optimizing media relationships and expenditures to support strategic objectives
- Collaborating with corporate communications on media communication strategies
- Evaluating the effectiveness of local advertising opportunities and partnerships
Qualifications:
- 10 years of Marketing experience
- Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations * Experience managing a small team of marketers
- Experience in Pharma, Blood Donor, other Donor, or Hospital Marketing
- Experience managing a small team of marketers
- Experience working with multiple locations and remote teams
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to the blood business
