Position OverviewAs the Leasing Manager, you are responsible for the successful lease-up of Oxenfree, hitting monthly leasing and move-in goals. In tandem with leasing efforts, the Leasing Manager is also responsible for our brand visibility and saturation of the local market. In order to execute brand visibility, this role will manage the go-to-market strategy, local partnerships, pop-up events, and on-site prospect experience.
What You Will Do
  • Oversee the leasing performance and achievement of leasing goals for their Oxenfree community
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, revenue optimization & sales, marketing, and training, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals
  • Monitor leasing trends and performance, working collaboratively with revenue operations (rev op) and sales teams to determine appropriate strategies and tactics
  • Provide insights to guide marketing strategies in collaboration with the strategy and research team
  • Lead leasing execution process in collaboration with the Community Manager
  • Adapt and pivot leasing strategies as needed to continually generate awareness and leads
  • Provide oversight of the day-to-day sales functions within the leasing office/model unit
  • Leverage all sales tools to provide cohesive messaging throughout nurture campaigns and prospect communication
  • Execution of the go-to-market strategies to promote brand awareness and ensure a successful lease-up by cultivating strong strategic partnerships, and implementation of off-property sponsorships/events
  • Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by management
  • Must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, as required by the demands of the job. This may include bending, stooping, and lifting throughout the workday.
  • Must be able to complete all physical requirements of this role with or without a reasonable accommodation
Ideally, you'll have
  • High School graduate; college degree preferred but not required
  • 3 years of proven experience in leasing, real estate development, or property management, with a track record of successful lease-ups.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite and Windows and/or Apple operating systems
You'll Crush It If You Have Experience With
  • Proficient in overseeing the responsibilities of a lease-up team and delivering clear and effective reports.
  • Energetic, imaginative, and enthusiastic, adept at articulating a compelling vision and securing leases effectively.
  • Experience with Entrata and Yardi Software(s)
