Job Overview:
We are seeking a Service Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive services and possess excellent customer service skills. This role involves interacting with customers, coordinating service appointments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties:
- Communicate with customers to determine vehicle issues and service needs
- Prepare accurate service estimates and quotes
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the service process
- Upsell additional services or products as needed

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in automotive services or related field
- Knowledge of diesel engine repair, mechanical systems, and tire services
- Proficiency in service writing and automotive sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Capability to upsell services effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
