Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to oversee our operations in the food industry. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and managing all aspects of our kitchen and food service operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, hospitality, and culinary arts.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of employees, including assistant managers, chefs, and kitchen staff
- Ensure efficient and smooth daily operations of the restaurant or food establishment
- Oversee food preparation, quality control, and presentation to ensure high standards are maintained
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Train and mentor staff members to provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services

Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Extensive knowledge of kitchen management and food service operations
- Experience in the food industry, preferably in a managerial role
