You will work in a medical industry environment, requiring proficiency in ICD-10 codes and understanding of medical benefits.Responsibilities:• Providing back office support as required by the Billing Manager• Reading and posting EOB's to the system with accuracy• Assisting in obtaining EOB's from various insurance websites• Reviewing accounts for outstanding insurance and patient balances• Coordinating patient schedules and managing appointments• Verifying insurance details for patients• Applying knowledge of ICD-10 codes in daily tasks• Retrieving and returning voicemails in a timely manner• Contacting patients for scheduling and other related matters.
