LHH is partnering with a dynamic and growing company dedicated to providing exceptional services to their clients to hire a detail-oriented and eager Billing Specialist to join their finance team in Poway, CA.

The Billing Specialist will play a critical role in generating invoices for clients, ensuring accurate accounts receivable processing, keeping good accounting records, following up with client requests and other various accounting projects / tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct billing for various entities

Calculate costs in Excel and confirm accuracy

Issue credit / debit memos to customers

Generate customer reports monthly

Prepare various adjustments to customer accounts

Address and resolve any billing issues for customer

Reconcile and audit accounts monthly

Assist in collection efforts

Other duties as needed

Qualifications :

2 years of relevant accounting experience

Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred - relevant experience will be considered

Proficiency in accounting software Microsoft Excel (expeirence with pivot tables and vlookups preferred)

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
