We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and nursing assistants
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and standards of care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to care plans as necessary
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations
- Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of nursing staff
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff
- Handle any escalated patient or staff issues in a professional and timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in healthcare practices and technology

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
