Role: Registered Nurse (Med-Surg)

Education Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
Experience: Experience in Med/Surg preferred
New Graduate Nurses Encouraged
Certification and Licensure
- PA Registered Nurse License
- BLS Preferred (Will train during orientation)
- ACLS Preferred (Will train during orientation)
- CPI Preferred (Will train during orientation)
Job Description
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Providing direct patient care according to established protocols and standards of practice
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitoring and evaluating patient responses to interventions and adjusting care plans as needed
- Educating patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
