Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg
Location: Pottstown, PA
Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000 annually, plus full benefits and signing bonus
Overview: We are excited to welcome new graduates to join our team! As a Registered Nurse in the Med/Surg unit, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care. Multiple positions and shifts are available to accommodate your preferences.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize your experience in Med/Surg to deliver excellent patient care.
- Encourage and support new graduate nurses as they transition into their roles.
- Ensure compliance with certification and licensure requirements.
- Participate in training during orientation for BLS, ACLS, and CPI certifications.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing, with a BSN preferred.
- PA Registered Nurse License.
- BLS certification is preferred (training provided during orientation).
- ACLS certification is preferred (training provided during orientation).
- CPI certification is preferred (training provided during orientation).
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and collaborate within the healthcare team.
