Position Summary: Responsible for conducting inventory counts and maintaining adequate
documentation. Assists Food, Beverage and Retail Operations in analyzing monthly performance.
All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the casino’s policies and procedures, Internal
Control Standards and corporate objectives.

Essential Job Functions:

• Monitor and controlling inventory integrity
• Maintain records of quantity and type of merchandise on property
• Counts merchandise and records on computerized inventory system
• Compares physical inventory to perpetual computerized systems and reconciles variances
• Conducts periodic cycle counts
• Research inventory irregularities by verifying source documentation and procedure
  compliance
• Provides information to accounting and purchasing on inventory levels, pricing, loss and
  turnover
• Verifies and corrects, if needed, receiving documentation, issuing documentation and
  transfer documentation
• Reconcile cost of sales as it compares to budget on a monthly basis
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Associates Degree in Business preferred
• Prior inventory control experience preferred
• Strong math skills
• Experience with computer software for inventory control documentation
• Strong working knowledge of Excel
• Possess the cognitive ability to identify potential problem areas from information presented
• Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
• Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing

Working Conditions:

• Regularly required to see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel
• Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
• Frequently required to stoop, crouch, kneel, sit and stand
• Must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
• Able to work with others while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor under
  working conditions that are fast paced and noisy at times
• Ability to recognize the importance of safety in the workplace, follow safety rules, practice
  safe work habits, and report unsafe conditions to the appropriate administrator
• Working environment will include: indoor, outdoor, and refrigerated storage areas

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

• Associate Degree Preferred
