Positions Summary of LPN/RN:

The primary purpose of the LPN/RN position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by LNAs and other nursing personnel, and to provide direct nursing care to the residents. To monitor the performance of LNAs, nursing and non-licensed personnel, provide education and counseling, perform disciplinary action as necessary, and complete performance evaluations.

Requirements for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Registered Nurse (RN):

• Education and/or experience
• Graduated from an accredited LPN or RN school
• Valid LPN or RN license.
• Candidates must be able to pass a background check
