Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg

Shift Times: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Hours/Day: 12

Shift Notes:

• 36 hours guaranteed/3 12-hour shifts

Salary Range:

• Hourly: $24.48 - $39.16
• Annually: $50,918 - $81,453
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and evaluate total nursing care and functions in one unit on a particular shift.
• Maintain continuity of care across shifts.
• Maintain satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units.
• Participate in education, maintenance of records, and updating policies, procedures, and skills of personnel.
• Utilize Allscripts Paragon EMR system.
• Read vital signs and provide injections/vaccinations.
• Float to different units as needed.
• Manage care for 6 patients with 2 LMAs assisting on each floor.

Orientation:

• 4 to 6 weeks before starting on the floor.

Submission Requirements:

• Will consider new grads with a temporary or active NH license.
• Will consider ASN's; BSN preferred.
• PALS & Tele Strip Certified preferred.
• Must have experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

Certification Requirements:

• ACLS
• BLS (AHA)

State License Requirements:

• New Hampshire
• Compact allowed
