Shoals Technologies Group is Hiring a Lead Program Manager Near Portland, TN
- Manages all aspects of small to medium projects, including risk to cost, schedule, quality
- Responsible for the day-to-day successful execution of contracted engineering, procurement, and construction scope in the areas of performance, financial metrics, planning, schedule, quality, contractual compliance, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Leads medium teams of project specialists and cross-functional professionals
- Coordinates and integrates the activities associated with the engineering, procurement, construction, and startup elements of the project team, including the activities of all third-party companies contributing to the initiative
- Predicts resources needed to reach objectives and manages resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Manages multiple customers and/or projects
- Obtains new/repeat business on medium size projects; supports contract negotiations
- Manages risk which may include fixed price engineering, new technology or new clients
- Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project, ensuring all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget
- Works collaboratively with construction site teams
- Develops and maintains relationship with project client during project execution
- Position requires travel approximately 25% of the time, with periods of more frequent travel
- Other duties as assigned
- 7 years of relevant experience
- Previous Project Management Experience on small/medium sized services projects
- Prior Renewable Energy project experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Ability to analyze data and evaluate results to determine best possible solutions
