By using simple ideas, we are making solar energy a more affordable and clean power source for future generations.HR Analyst Job Summary:As an HR Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data related to human resources functions within the organization. You will identify trends and provide insights to help make data-driven decisions related to employee recruitment, retention, compensation, and benefits. You will collaborate with other HR team members and department managers to ensure the data collected is accurate and up-to-date. You will also prepare reports and presentations to communicate your findings to stakeholders throughout the organization.HR Analyst Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze HR-related data, including recruitment, employee retention, compensation, and benefits data.
  • Design and maintain the HRIS system in support of the organization’s data management and reporting needs.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of organizational data within the HRIS system.
  • Provide data summaries or statistical analysis for use in strategic planning or decision-making.
  • Provide support to our audit partners by researching audit requests and providing relevant documentation.
  • Support annual compensation review planning and benefits open enrollment activities.
  • Responsible for data integrity between benefit carriers and HRIS system, including but not limited to deferral elections, demographic information, eligibility, and transactions associated with hires, transfers, terminations.
  • Participate in compensation/benefit surveys to analyze Shoals competitive position and performs market research to assist in the design and development of new programs.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to provide recommendations for leveling of positions relying on analysis of external market data and internal equity data.
  • Prepare models, analysis, and recommendations on subjects such as incentive compensation, bonus plans, sales compensation, long term incentive or stock options.
  • Coordinate daily benefits processing including enrollments, COBRA, terminations, changes, beneficiaries, disability, accident and death claims, rollovers, and QMCSOs.
  • Manage reporting for regulatory compliance (EEO, ACA, etc.)
  • Identify trends and provide insights to help make data-driven decisions related to HR functions.
  • Collaborate with HR team members and department managers to ensure the data collected is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Monitor HR metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to HR analytics.
  • Collaborate with HR team members on various projects. Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
HR Analyst Skills & Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR analytics or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years hands-on Total Rewards experience including Compensation and Benefits.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office with advanced skill preferred in MS Office including Excel, PPT and knowledge of graphical displays of data; vlookups, pivot tables, complex formulas may be helpful.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems. Experience with Paycom a plus.
  • Knowledge and understanding of ERISA, FMLA, COBRA, ACA, and related local, state and federal regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to be flexible in changing work priorities.
  • Experience using BI tools and applications a plus.
  • Attention to details with ability to think “big picture” and understand the key trends and levers that drive the business.
