KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for an Audio Visual Specialist.The Audio-Video Specialist will be responsible for the installation, and maintenance of audio-visual systems for the Southern Region of the MCCS. This role requires a strong technical background in AV technologies. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with faculty, staff, and the Manager of Audio-Visual Technologies to ensure the successful execution of AV installations and maintenance.


Provide technical support to faculty and staff, addressing any AV system issues promptly and professionally. Establish and maintain strong faculty and staff relationships by delivering outstanding customer service. Offer preventive maintenance plans to clients and coordinate regular system check-ups.

Collaborate with faculty and staff to understand AV requirements, objectives, and timelines. Assist the project team in the implementation and execution of AV installations, ensuring projects are delivered on time.

Conduct rigorous testing and quality assurance checks on AV systems to guarantee flawless operation. Ensure that all AV installations meet industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in AV technologies, especially in Crestron and Extron products. Participate in relevant industry conferences, workshops, and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.

Make recommendations for new policies and procedures for IT implantation and use for students, faculty and staff. Participates in problem solving and troubleshooting IT issues.

Installing and correcting AV equipment as needed.
