The Supervisor hires and trains CSRs who are responsible for answering phone calls in a patient-focused manner to assure exceptional care and patient access and is also directly part of the PSCR team. The Supervisor must represent Greater Portland Health (GPH) with the highest standard of customer service and compassion, and perform all duties in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and customer service standards. The Call Center is the most important initial point of contact for patients and external providers calling into GPH.
