Confidential is Hiring a Dental Assistant Near Port Orchard, WA

Established, privately owned practice in Port Orchard is seeking an experienced dental assistant to join our team!

Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in digital x-rays (preferred experience taking intra-oral photos and digital scans)
  • Rubber dam placement.
  • Packing cord and making temporary crowns
  • Demonstrate knowledge of dental terminology, instruments and equipment
  • Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed
  • Assist during procedures 4-handed dentistry (including filling, crown, root canal, oral surgery, & implants)
  • Undertake lab tasks as instructed
  • Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
  • Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked
  • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Placing Invisalign attachments, taking impressions
  • Preferred knowledge & experience assisting with full-mouth restorative, implants, and complex treatment plans

Qualifications:

  • 2 years chairside experience (preferred)
  • CDA/RDA License Required
  • Current CPR certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
