**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced BOOKKEEPER/Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the administrative operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and compliance with financial procedures.

**Duties:**

- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for staff

- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes

- Prepare financial reports and statements

- Reconcile general ledger accounts

- Implement and maintain financial controls

- Coordinate payroll activities

- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring

- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

**Skills:**

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in financial report writing

- Experience in general ledger reconciliation

- Strong 10-key typing skills

- Knowledge of accounts receivable procedures

- Understanding of financial concepts

- Ability to perform balance sheet reconciliation

- Familiarity with debits and credits principles

- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBOOKS, able to learrn our internal business system.

- Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping practices
