Day Haven Adult Day Services is Hiring a Part Time Van Driver Near Port Jefferson, NY
Van driver (mini-bus) needed for social adult day program located in Port Jefferson. Responsibilities include providing safe transportation for program participants from program to their homes, operating van lift, performing safety checks daily on van equipment, cleaning high touch surfaces and completing necessary documentation. Driver must be able to maneuver a wheelchair with an adult seated in it and be able to bend to secure and check wheelchair tie downs. Seeking afternoon shift 1:45pm-4:45pm. Must have high school diploma or equivalent and a clean, valid regular NYS driver’s license. EOE
