Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Agent, Broker, Area/Team Leaders. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for working with clients to buy, sell, or lease properties. Daily tasks include conducting property showings, creating property listings, and negotiating with clients. The Real Estate Agent will also need to build relationships with potential clients to attract new business.

Responsibilities

• Nurture relationships that connect with the clients to generate more sales
• Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
• Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
• Follow-up with leads to increase sales
• Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Show good organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth

The estimated salary serves as a guideline, but the actual amount you earn will depend on factors specified in your contract.
