A well-established fast-paced law firm is seeking a full-time Real Estate Legal Assistant/Paralegal with at least 5 years’ experience to join our condominium law and real estate team. The successful candidate should possess the following qualities:

Ability to work and keep up in a fast-paced environment

Independent and capable self-starter who can effectively manage a large case load

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to function well in a team environment

Strong multi-tasking ability

Must have excellent verbal, written and phone skills

Must have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office 365 and law practice management software

Managing case load from intake through settlement

Extensive client contact

Take on other office responsibilities, as needed.

Qualified candidates must be capable of producing a high volume of exceptional legal work under considerable time constraints.

Condominium law and real estate experience preferred. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. Benefits include health insurance, SIMPLE IRA with matching plan, paid holidays and PTO, 100% Employee Paid Health insurance; Monday to Friday 8:30-5:00.
