Atwell is Hiring an Administrative Project Coordinator (Entry Level) Near Port Charlotte, FL

The Project Coordinator will enhance the Port Charlotte Office effectiveness by providing administrative services to all staff, under direct supervision. This position will support teams and projects in assigned engineering market sectors and office. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with permitting on ongoing and new projects
  • Data entry with permitting forms
  • Outbound calls for permits
  • Provide administrative support to project teams throughout the office.
  • Manage multiple conference room calendars for client meetings, training, etc.
  • Maintain neatness throughout general office areas.
  • Ability to coordinate large meetings as needed.
  • Responsible for all registration request
  • Monthly credit card reconciliation.
  • Manage kitchen duties for entire office
  • May order misc. items as needed for all Atwell facilities.
  • May assist with special projects as needed.
  • Assist with employee professional license renewals.
  • Assist with new hire set-up

*** this is an in-office role****

Education: 

  •  Minimum of high school diploma

Experience: 

  • Engineering industry/ permitting experience preferred
  • Knowledge of internet and MS Office Suite
