Job Title : Contract Administrator / Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location : Pontiac, MI

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000

Job Type : Full-Time, Fully Onsite

About Us : Our client is a dynamic and fast-paced company based in Pontiac, MI, seeking a dedicated Contract Administrator / Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is tech-savvy and eager to learn, or for an individual with some experience in accounts receivable, particularly within the construction industry.

Contract Administrator / Accounts Receivable Specialist Key Responsibilities :

  • Contract Administration & Project Setup : Manage contract administration and project setup / data entry.
  • Lien Management : Manage lien information and distribute to Project Management, Operations Manager, and President.
  • Invoicing : Prepare monthly invoices and gather necessary waivers.
  • Subcontract Administration : Manage subcontract administration, including handling payments and compliance inquiries.

Contract Administrator / Accounts Receivable Specialist Qualifications :

Must-Haves :

  • Strong ability to dive into and navigate databases.
  • Open to recent graduates who are tech-savvy and eager to learn accounts receivable.
  • Previous experience in accounts receivable, cash receipts, or job billing is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred :

  • Experience with Viewpoint software.
  • Background in the construction industry.
  • Advanced skills in Excel.
  • Knowledge of contract law.
