LHH is looking for a Program Assistant for a non-profit client in the Ponte Vedra area. This role will be focused on assisting grants, administrative tasks and general communications needs.
This role is fully onsite in Ponte Vedra.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with events, both company wide and external events, such as retreats, dinners, meetings, etc.
- Represent the non-profit at conferences and external events
- Help other staff members with grant process- editing, reviewing, organizing, processing
- Update website with new content and press releases
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree
- Passion for non-profit organizations and helping / serving others
- Collaborative and communicative nature
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strong writing skills
