Responsibilities:

- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business development opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues
- Maintain and update customer database using Salesforce or other CRM software
- Support outside sales representatives by preparing sales materials and presentations
- Assist in negotiating contracts and pricing with customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales operations

Skills:

- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with English-speaking customers
- Strong business development skills to identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies to effectively promote products or services
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software to manage customer information and track sales activities
- Familiarity with outside sales processes and techniques
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
