Pay Range: $170,000 - $190,000 DOE
Responsibilities:

• Supervising 3-4 people, assisting the transition from a 50 million to 200 million business
• Understanding and enhancing the financial infrastructure
• Advising the CEO, especially on banking relationships and financial strategies
• Working towards better rates and access to funds
• Expanding accounting processes with SOPs and better processes

• 100 million company experience (ideally scaled the company up from 50 million )
• 3-5 years as a controller at least
• Management experience required
• BA Degree required
• Manufacturing Industry or Consumer Goods Industry Required
• Must be proficient in Excel
• Experience with Netsuite is preferred
• CPA is preferred
• International experience is preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
