Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the HR team to manage full-cycle recruitment, including workforce planning, creating job postings, reviewing resumes, and interviewing candidates.
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Provide translation services as needed to facilitate communication with bilingual clients and labor.
• Engage in direct client interactions to attract and onboard.

Qualifications :

• Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual proficiency).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in recruitment, onboarding, or HR coordination is preferred.
• Must be able to travel.
