Pleasant Prairie Logistics is Hiring a Customer service specialist Near Pleasant Prairie, WI
The Customer Service Specialist will interact with the company’s drivers addressing inquiries / issues. We currently have a Monday through Friday Noon till 9pm shift available.
Once training is complete the role can be 100% remote.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Interacts with customers via telephone or email to provide support and information on truck deliveries.
- Fields driver questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to other appropriate terminal staff.
- Maintains detailed records of driver interactions, complaints, or comments.
- Takes detailed notes on driver accident calls and forwards to appropriate parties.
- Work with other departments and companies to resolve driver issues.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills / Abilities :
- Communication skills including active listening.
- Able to resolve customer issues in a professional manner.
- Computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
Education and Experience :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
