Job Title: Part-Time Night Auditor
Location: Point Pleasant, NJ

Schedule: Thursdays and Fridays, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for closing out the day's business, settling credit card transactions, and preparing the hotel for the following day. Additionally, you will be required to perform front desk duties, including checking guests in and out after hours, accepting walk-in reservations, and assisting guests during their stay.

Responsibilities:

• Close out daily transactions and prepare reports for management
• Reconcile room charges from the hotel, restaurants, and spa
• Settle credit card transactions and prepare bank deposits
• Provide excellent customer service to guests checking in or out after hours
• Accept walk-in reservations and assist guests with inquiries and requests
• Ensure the security of the property during the night shift

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a hotel front desk or night audit role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in basic computer skills and experience with hotel management software is a plus
• Must be able to work Thursday and Friday nights from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
