Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations of the firm, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures tailored to the needs of a growing firm.
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy in general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with each department to enhance financial processes and alignment with our overall goals, ensuring scalability as the company grows
• Monitor accounts receivable and ensure efficient collection of payments, critical for maintaining cash flow in the distribution sector.
• Manage accounts payable, ensuring bills are being input correctly and paid in a timely manner.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support decision-making by the leadership team.
