Our client in Plano, TX is seeking five skilled Medical Technologists to join their team. As a Medical Technologist, you will be responsible for conducting clinical laboratory tests and procedures that require independent judgment and responsibility. Your role will also involve assisting with laboratory training programs and demonstrating proficiency in testing procedures and the use of laboratory equipment.
Qualifications And ResponsibilitiesTo excel in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in medical technology or a related field.
- NCA, ASCP, HEW, or AMT certification is preferred.
- At least 1 year of general lab experience or equivalent clinical laboratory training.
- Knowledge of laboratory regulations and accreditation requirements.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrating proficiency in performing testing procedures.
- Effectively using laboratory equipment.
- Performing and evaluating Quality Control Programs.
- Assisting with laboratory training programs.
- Maintaining excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Competitive salary range of $25.41 - $38.11 per hour.
- Sign-on bonus of up to $3,000 for day shift, $5,000 for night shift, and $3,000 for evening shift.
- Relocation assistance up to $3,000.
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
