A Location Manager at That 1 Painter provides estimates and manages all their jobs and is ultimately responsible for every lead, customer, and project they are assigned. The Location Manager is responsible for achieving the revenue targets of the location, maintaining consistent profitability, and achieving an excellent reputation within the That 1 Painter territory among its customers.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
● Recruit and manage subcontractors.
● Estimating on-site with potential customers
● Estimate virtually with potential clients as needed
● Accurately estimating labor and materials on the quote and submitting the quote to the customer within 24 hours
● Following up with all quotes seven times within six months or until approved/rejected
● Scheduling approved estimates in accordance with GM guidance
● Collecting deposits before the start of each job
● Upselling clients on additional services
● Communicating with customers concerning color and other basic preparations before the job starts
● Pursuing strategic relationships on behalf of That 1 Painter (realtors, property managers, etc.)
● Ensure jobs are appropriately and fully staffed.
● Ensure projects on schedule and within budget while meeting client’s needs and delivering a quality project.
● Help problem solve with crew leads if problems arise on any project.
Experience Required:
● Two years of experience in Sales or Project Management
● Experience with estimating, customer service, and sales.
Qualifications:
● Strong Sales Acumen
● Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, managers, subcontractors, and clients.
● Ability to learn and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
● Self-motivated
● Superb time management, prioritization, and organization skills
● Detail-oriented, dependable, and reliable.
● Ability to accurately estimate product and labor costs.
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
● Proficiency in using a personal computer, cell phone, and software programs.
● Confidence in communicating paint products and services.
Compensation Package:
● $4,000 per month DRAWER ON COMMISSION (Paid biweekly)
● 8% commission on completed projects.
Compensation Benefits:
● Two weeks’ vacation (ten days) after a six-month waiting period
