Our Leader of the Pack when it comes to pet parent engagement, focused on maintaining top-notch experiences for all of our human and pet guests.

Responsibilities
  • Main lobby operations – check-ins, check-outs, guest visits and tours, answering general
questions
  • Opening and closing of the building, including end of night paperwork and alarming and locking the building.
  • Maintaining cleanliness
  • Scheduling
  • Answering and handling calls in a professional manner
  • Data entry
Required Education
  • High school or equivalent
Required Experience
  • Customer Service: 2 year

Requirements
  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Able to lift 40 lbs.
  • Able to stand for up to 8 hours a day
  • Able to handle dogs on leashes
  • Display professional manner at all times
