Job Title: Car Dealership Secretary/Receptionist
Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Car Dealership Secretary/Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere at our dealership. The Secretary/Receptionist will provide administrative support, handle inquiries, and ensure efficient communication between customers and various departments within the dealership.
Responsibilities:
MUST SPEAK ENGLISH AND SPANISH
Front Desk Operations:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department.
Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
Customer Interaction:Provide information about the dealership's products and services.
Schedule appointments for customers with sales, service, and other departments.
Assist in resolving customer inquiries and concerns.
Administrative Support:Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Coordinate and schedule meetings for dealership staff.
Communication Liaison:Act as a liaison between customers and various departments within the dealership.
Relay messages and information accurately and promptly.
Ensure effective communication within the dealership team.
Appointment Scheduling:Manage the appointment calendar for sales consultations, test drives, and service appointments.
Confirm appointments with customers and remind them as necessary.
Customer Follow-Up:Conduct follow-up calls to gather feedback and address any post-sales or service concerns.
Maintain a database of customer contacts for future communication.
